The Incanto model of Seaco’s coffee machine series is one of the best choices you could make. It’s not very expensive and it has many extra features, which make your coffee smell and taste delicious. Here’s what you’ll get if you decide to buy Saeco Incanto.
The machine is very easy to operate and communicate with. You can change the strength and volume of your coffee with a push of a button. Choose the pressure of brewing and the amount of ground coffee from six to nine grams so you can satisfy any guest in your home, employee in your office or even a beautiful stranger passing through your window (as we can see in the commercials for aroma coffee). You can also save your recipes and the machine will make exactly your preferred coffee type every morning, which is nice if the machine is used by people with different tastes.
The Saeco Incanto has the SBS feature, which stands for Saeco Brewing System. With this system, you can change the pressure for more or less cream. So you can make many types of coffee from one machine by just turning the SBS controller left for americano or right for ristretto.
Every new Saeco coffee machine has ceramic grinders. They’re stronger, quieter and Saeco claims they don’t change
the taste of the coffee when grinded, unlike steel grinders. I don’t know about that, but they’re definitely stronger and if you go with one of these, you would probably never have to worry about replacing grinders or having any issue with it.
Making cappuccino and latte drinks is a very easy with a feature named Panarello. This is a feature with which you could easily whip your milk really fast. The steam knob disperses hot steam in three different ways and makes your milk very fluffy in no time. You could also use the knob for hot water with just a push of a button if you want to make tea, hot cocoa or any other hot drink.
Incanto is also equipped with “Aqua Prima” which is a water purifying filter. This is a good feature not just because the water in your coffee or cappuccino will be cleaner but it also protects your machine from furring over. This makes a coffee machine reliable.
Saeco Incanto also have a cup-warmer surface so you could make better cappuccinos because, as you know, the best cappuccino is served in a pre-warmed cup.
Big water tank. The water tank can be filled with 68 oz (2 liters). When you are running out of water you’ll get informed on the screen. Then you can refill it with or without removing the tank from the machine. You will have to trash your used grounded coffee after every 12 coffee shots you make. This isn’t bad, but if you don’t want to do this after every 12 shots, there are other Saeco machines. For example, Saeco Royal Professional can hold used coffee for 30 shots before needing to be cleaned up.
The machine also has very little warming time. It takes less than two minutes, and after you’ve turned it on it’s always ready to make your delicious coffee for you.
It’s not the prettiest Saeco machine but you can’t say it’s bad looking. It’s made of stainless steel, which makes the machine heavier but also stronger.
It’s a wonderful machine but still it has some cons. If you like to drink your coffee from big cups, this is not your machine; the space for the cup is smaller than on other Saeco machines. So if you like your coffee in tall cups, you could check Saeco Odea Giro, which has an adjustable and removable tray.
